Punjab State Industrial Facilitation Act 2005 has been enacted for speedy implementation of Industrial Projects and to ensure smooth functioning of the industries in the State of Punjab through specified regulations that provides deemed approvals after a stipulated time with a view to provide facilitation envirnmoment.
